`fre run`: listing

It would be helpful to list data set and information about the experiment (info could alos be used/passed to other fre run subtools)
- [ ] list .nc data files/datasets
- [ ] list available layouts associated with exp
- [ ] list available runtime experiments
- [ ] list namelist files associated with exp
