how can we download from dataverse with a specific version?

Update on this: pyDataverse that we now use does not support retrieving specific file of specific version (and neither does easyDataverse). This is however possible in the R implementation: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-client-r#data-download

Relevant alternative for Python: https://github.com/fatiando/pooch
