I noticed that there is no option to set the compression rate of the h264 encoder, see the [API documentation](https://nvidia-isaac-ros.github.io/repositories_and_packages/isaac_ros_compression/isaac_ros_h264_decoder/index.html#api). Would it not make sense to allow the user to set the compression rate for more flexibility and control?
