test(sandbox): remove sigv4 integration test that uses real AWS credentials

The sigv4_real_aws test reads ~/.aws/credentials and makes live calls
to Bedrock and S3. Even though the tests are #[ignore]d, committing
code that consumes real credentials is a security risk.
