Description

Phase 2 of the NVCT API self-hosted work — the fast-follow items not required for the initial stack release. See Phase 1 in #38.

This work covers:

• Adding CLI support for the self-hosted NVCT API
• Adding skill integration for the self-hosted NVCT API
• Validating the CLI QA suite and skill tests against a self-hosted deployment
• Updating documentation for CLI and skill-based NVCT API usage

Definition of done

This work is complete when:

• CLI commands for self-hosted NVCT API are implemented and merged
• Skill integration for self-hosted NVCT API is implemented and merged
• The CLI QA suite and skill validation pass against a self-hosted deployment
• Documentation is updated to cover CLI and skill-based usage of the self-hosted NVCT API
