Extract current runtime config from CRI endpoint #1268
Description
When extracting information about the current runtime configuration (releated to SystemdCgroups for example), we currently rely on containerd config dump and existing Containerd config files. For crio we rely on crio status config or crio-status config.
We should also support getting the runtime config from the CRI endpoint associated with the runtime (containerd or cri-o).
