I am currently experiencing issues downloading the large dataset from the Google Drive provided. The downloads are unstable and occasionally result in reaching the quota limit. Is there an alternative place or method to download the dataset? Thanks.

Yes, and in addition, the files usually can be downloaded in Windows/MacOS but not in Linux.
