Lane header duplication when scrolling while lanes are loading on iOS #720

Description

@datalogics-deh

If the user scrolls through a bookshelf sub-section listing while it's loading, then the sections "stack up" on each other.

  1. Start at catalog.
  2. Tap on the "More..." next to one of the sections that has sub-sections (e.g. "Fiction")
  3. While this shelf is loading, swipe up and down to scroll through the bookshelf.

This results in multiple lane headers, each of which seems functional - if there are two headers for "Realistic Fiction", tapping on "More..." for either of them takes the user to that section.

Sometimes these lanes can appear faded, usually "below" other lanes. The faded lanes don't seem to be usable. I'm not able to open their sections with "More..."

Videos demonstrating this issue are available.

Reproduced with SimplyE 2.2.0 (4) on iPad Pro iOS 11.0.3.
