Create a drill-down example where a technology is studied at two levels

Level 1: Broadly - where we study the main components of a technology
Level 2: After identification of one component, we drill down to that and create another case study focused on the details of that.

Can this procedure be generalized for ease of creation of datasets?

@tjlca I've found the point in the repo history where we did this to the template decision context. The first commit with the drilldown is https://github.com/NREL/tyche/tree/f667b3a3e0fdcf9632992aa7c07e57cc1bc540e9; previous commits had the original less detailed version. (Component B became Components B0, B1, and B2, and there were associated additional parameters added.)

The datasets before and after drilldown are attached - they can't be used directly with the current codebase but it gives you an idea of how the extra detail was added.

As a side note, I doubt this process is something we can generalize programmatically (i.e. automatically) but we can probably create some guidelines on data management, when to drill down/when not to, and related topics.
