[BUG] Navbar Height Is Too Large and Needs to Be Reduced

Description
The navigation bar is currently very tall and takes up too much vertical space on the screen. This makes the page feel cramped and pushes important content below the fold, reducing usability and visual balance.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open the website
• Look at the top navigation bar
• Observe how much vertical space it occupies

Expected Behavior

• The navbar should be compact and clean
• Logo and menu items should fit neatly inside the header
• The header should not dominate the screen

Actual Behavior

• Navbar height is too large
• Logo takes excessive vertical space
• Extra empty space appears above and below the navigation links
• Page content starts too far down the screen

• Looks unprofessional on desktop and laptop screens

I’ve gone through the issue and I understand the problem clearly.
The navbar height is taking too much vertical space, which pushes the main content down and affects overall UI balance.

I’d like to work on this issue under the ECWoC contribution.
Plan is to:

• Reduce navbar height
• Adjust padding/margins for logo and menu items
• Ensure responsiveness across desktop and laptop screens
