NekExamples/benard/ray_9 fails

This case runs with v17, but blows up in ~9 steps with the current repo version.

Can we test all examples that are in NekExamples, even if infrequently?

These days these jobs are not long...

The issue with NekExamples/benard/ray_9 is that it was using p120--123 to prescribe runtime parameters.

I changed these to be hardcoded in the .usr file (but haven't committed those changes).

Nonetheless, we should still test all examples on a regular basis, e.g., once a week. (Perhaps on nurburg?)
