[Bug] User apps with old backups are not backed up in schedule

Describe the bug

App list:

Schedule:

When the schedule automatically runs, only 4 system apps are backed up. If it's ran manually, the user apps can be backed up.

Expected Behavior

All apps with old backups should be backed up when schedule runs.
