[Feature Request] Github -> more tokens support

Hello, I'd like to suggest more tokens uspport for github, and maybe some future services in case it's added like BBB.

It would be useful in case there are more developers on the servers and each has the plugin inside own repository without sharing the normal access with others. Then it could be specified like ?account=X
and it could be like map account: key
while account is name & key is the token

Yeah so talked about in #46 #47 #53 for this issue in specific all you need to test before we can mark this as resolved is

then in list.yml use

Is account working for ratelimits?

when I have same key it in defautl key, it worked there

But this is probably related to the githubTokens not working at all, just verifying if it should work for ratelimits, as well, but I think so?

when I try key in the default key it shows different message (I still have issue with autobuild so prob no need to post it here to not missmatch the issue) -> but it seems to access it, I get different error related to autobuild, not the " Could not download repo zip for /HeartSMP/AskWiki"
