I must be doing something wrong. Have tried on multiple devices (one with PCR-binding, one where PCR-binding is not possible).
Have tried the main guide where you just put the files in the System Volume Information folder, and tried the Primer as well.
Have tried both NTFS and Fat32 formatting.
Even tried plugging the USB into different ports.
Either nothing unusual happens after holding CTRL and the computer boots normally, or it goes to the WinRE to select a boot device, at which time it either boots again as normal or asks for the bitlocker recovery key.
Any troubleshooting help would be appreciated.
