web app call xhr call to port 3212

Hi

I saw that Sidecar webapp after calling services.json on port 7777 try to retrieve the following URL:
http://:3212/;csv;norefresh

but that port is not open on the host where Sidecar is running

The UI shows more information when running with HAProxy, since it will actively check if HAProxy has listed the services and show a check mark in the Details section next to each instance once that happens.

Unfortunately, the UI code is a bit outdated now and, when HAProxy is not being used (like when we have Envoy instead), you will see that error. We should perform some refactoring on this part, including an upgrade of Angular. For now, you can safely ignore this error.
