Deferred Task 9 from the CP API v1 read-path wire plan (merged in #127): that slice shipped with representative fixtures because capturing the real ones is human-gated (needs a paper login).
Replace the representative crates/adapter/ibkr/tests/fixtures/cpapi/*.json with real, sanitized captures from a live paper Client Portal Gateway, and reconcile the DTOs / endpoint descriptor / capture.sh to what the wire actually sends.

Out of scope (separate follow-up): baking the widened gateway ips.allow conf + harness hardening (healthcheck, compose limits, container-IP capture) so browser login is reproducible in a devcontainer.
