Due to bugs both is old versions of Godot (see #1 and godotengine/godot#103310) and new ones in Godot 4.6 (see godotengine/godot#115994), web exports cannot be reliably supported at this time.
This is unfortunate, as the original reason I had for making this command was to automatically run 7zip to compress web exports.
This isn't a massive problem in the grand scheme of things, but still rather unfortunate. If there is a possible workaround even for only the newer version of Godot, it would be nice to implement it.
