End gateways mostly go invisible.

I'm using 1.2.5 snapshot on a 1.19.2 Purpur server and it works great aside from this problem. I confirmed twice it doesn't happen if tileculling is disabled. However leaving the view of the gateway and then bringing it back into view makes it pop into existence as it originally should have.
