yolov3 coverting failed!

Hi,
I cloned the lastest version of the the Tengine-Convert-Tools from https://github.com/OAID/Tengine-Convert-Tools， the rebuild it successfully. Yet，error shows below.

Do you know what version of the covert code is good ?
Note: I have tried many version of https://github.com/OAID/Tengine/tree/tengine-lite/tools/convert_tool. Yet it did not work also mostly!
Could you help me to have a deep look?
