OpenSSL 1.1.1 Past EOL; Request for OpenSSL 3.x support #22

The Opc.Ua.CertificateGenerator.exe depends on OpenSSL 1.1.1 which has reached EOL per this OpenSSL blog post:

OpenSSL 1.1.1 was released on 11th September 2018, and so it will be considered EOL on 11th September 2023. It will no longer be receiving publicly available security fixes after that date.

Please update to OpenSSL 3.x as this is currently supported.
