[CTT] Create a sample config for new CTT GDS Tests

The last CTT release added a new GDS Test suite. Our sample GDS does not expose the same address space as the Reference Server so a new ctt config shall be added that defines the needed config settings without exposing the full address space of the reference server

For the CTT to work we need a RefernceServer that also exposes GDS Functionality, as the CTT needs many custom Nodes, that are not present in our current GDS Address space.
