Normal maps and specular maps aren't correct out of the box #12

The raw texture images are extracted and don't go through any processing other than hue changes. This is an issue as XIV does not store them in the format expected by other 3D tools (I think)

Left is the raw extracted texture, right is the extracted texture from exporting the respective model as .FBX in Textools
