Create user friendly footprint table and names #28

In the scenario selection step, table shows:
"display_cols = [ 'model_id', 'supplier_id' ]"

Can these be updated to show
'Scenario footprint' field in keeping with language used to describe the process to users
'Supplier'

'Scenario footprint' should not be cryptic and/or as provided by the supplier, but something more human readable:
