Create user friendly footprint table and names

In the scenario selection step, table shows:
"display_cols = [ 'model_id', 'supplier_id' ]"

Can these be updated to show
'Scenario footprint' field in keeping with language used to describe the process to users
'Supplier'

'Scenario footprint' should not be cryptic and/or as provided by the supplier, but something more human readable:

currently the ciaran event set is selected by default in the analysis settings. We don't have the UI components to allow the user to select the event set in the scenarios page yet.

@stufraser1 the footprint Ghana-E760461 does not have a model_settings.json to load the footprint name from. Is there an updated name for this footprint as well?
