The "Setup 2FA" button is missing in Umbraco after installation

Hi

I just installed the 2FA package on Umbraco version 7.10.5. But when I allow users to see the Umbraco2FA section they cant see any "Setup 2FA" button. What have I done wrong?

I found the issue. I miss read where user has to click. Didn't see the Tab under content section
