Change valid types config to allow for property editor types instead of field types.

Now that we've added "valid types" to a config file, the dropdown list for a DocType's properties displays types that aren't selected as valid. It needs to check the properties returned by the content and filter by the valid properties, only allowing those to be displayed in the dropdown (and therefore edited).
