chore: Remove development artifacts from production repo

Removed internal development scripts, test utilities, and planning docs
that were used during SDK development but don't belong in the production
repository. This cleanup prepares the repo for PyPI publication.

Removed files:
- Development scripts: CREATE_GITHUB_ISSUES.sh, generate_*.py utilities
- Internal docs: ERROR_ANALYSIS_TABLE.md, IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md,
  PYTHON_SDK_PRD.md, FIXES_APPLIED.md, READY_FOR_REVIEW.md, GITHUB_ISSUES.md
- Redundant test: test_sdk_live.py (tests/integration/ is canonical location)

Repository is now clean and ready for v1.0.0 release.
