Missing support for MCP prompts (`prompts/list`, `prompts/get`)

The Dive MCP host currently does not support MCP prompts at all.

When connecting to MCP servers that expose the prompts capability, prompt-related methods are not called or integrated into the host behavior.

As a result, prompt-only functionality in MCP servers is unusable inside Dive.
