Is it possible to buy/install BikeControl without a Google Play Store?

is there a way to buy Swiftcontrol/Bikecontrol outside of the normal App Stores?

On GrapheneOS, without GooglePlayServices, the normal way of installing apps, is as an example: Aurora Store / F-Droid.
Is there a way I can do that?

Unless there is a way to have the full version on an android phone and a windows laptop with only one payment, but it seems like I have to buy it twice, one time on each device.
