Allow to send key presses to a specific app

Hello,

I sometimes put other apps on top on Rouvy, on Mac. When I do so, key presses are sent to that app instead of Rouvy so I can't shift gears anymore.

I would like an option to specify the name of the app to send the key presses to, or even simpler: have Bike Control send them directly to the ROUVY app (by targeting any running app named "ROUVY").
