Remove "coils" overlay option from Sensors Tab (for DIII-D)#73

Currently, selecting 'coils' from the 'overlays' section duplicates the coils from the standalone 'coils' header.

This fix must be made without hardcoding any references to DIII-D so as to keep the reader device-agnostic.
