Fix needed for windows smart screen protection

Windows doesn't allow me to run the exe or the msi. as usual it complains about the unknown publisher. looks like you forgot to sign the Artifacts.

@kamalmost This is weird. I can install the app on my windows laptop... where did you install it from. You can do it via winget or scoop or just download and install via installer in release page.
