Prefer shizuku perm (if granted) over install unknown apps

Describe the bug
i use android 16's advance protection (it have some good stuff like disabling 2G)
when turned on it disable install unkown permission of every app also i don't need it i use shizuku everywhere as it gives background updates without have to click explicitely.

it uses shizuku when installing but for updates it open install unknown apps permission

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to setting advance protection turn on the toggle
2. Give guthub store shizuku permission
3. Install apps work fine
4. after some day/week/month we have updates It doesn't update in background
5. try to manually update
6. require "install unknown apps" permission

Expected behavior
just like how it uses shizuku when installing
updates should work over shizuku
