Proposed new name: Aircraft.HorizontalTail.VERTICAL_TAIL_MOUNT_LOCATION

Old name sounds like it is some kind of ratio between a horizontal and vertical tail property, it is very vague to the point of being unhelpful

Is there any existing documentation on your requested topic? Please describe.
