Issue: Filament diameter value incorrect in material package yaml files

In the material package files, the filament_diameter has an incorrect value:
```
filament_diameter: 1750
```

According to the openprinttag specification, the value should be in mm, thus correct value would be:
```
filament_diameter: 1.75
```
