Using .json instead of dicts when using MultiZarrToZarr

Hi @rsignell,

For one of the example in class, we used a list of dicts when using MultiZarrToZarr. If I wanted to call .json files instead, is there a way that I could I write a list of .json files to the open storage network?

@AMacKenzi, great question. I'd modified the tutorial to show how to create the individual JSONs on OSN, and I also included examples of how to create a combined JSON file, and also a combined Parquet file (which is smaller and loads much faster)
