Family Share: EAppReleaseState Released not applied,stuck as PreloadOnly / Prerelease

Hey Guys, long time no see.

i find the some questions from family share group, for example: <Forza Horizon 6 (Appid: 2483190)>, use opensteamtool.dll & use addtoken, etc playing game button is normal, but if the steamer jion other share group, than steam client's playing game button is disable & tips wait publish datetime coming than can play the game.

we tried logout share group, the playing game button's status changed normal.

the logs file is normal, no see import error.
