Improve Docker option - docs, volume and network

I followed the instructions and am trying to run it on Docker, but keep getting this error.

2024-05-04 22:18:19.305 GMT [43] FATAL: --database_url requires a value

So the current Dockerfile simply runs bin/gtfsdb-load, which requires the db url and other cmd-line params. I'm thinking both the documentation, as well as networking / volume management, could be improved, so I renamed this issue.

BTW, the following works for me with the current Dockerfile:

• git clone https://github.com/OpenTransitTools/gtfsdb.git
• cd gtfsdb
• docker build . -t gtfsdb-docker
• docker run --name gtfsdb-container gtfsdb-docker --database_url sqlite:///njt.db https://transitfeeds.com/p/nj-transit/408/latest/download # generate sqlite db from NJT rail feed
• docker cp gtfsdb-container:/app/njt.db . # move the sqlite db to local file system
• docker rm gtfsdb-container # cleanup to remove new container created from the 'docker run' command

Some things to possibly improve:

• docker hub images built via CI
• volume to read GTFS feeds / write (sqlite) artifacts
• networking (couldn't connect to localhost:5432 postgres instance)
• documentation
