Open WSL with screen readers

I can't use Open wsl with screen readers.
Open wsl GUI developed by Tkinter library.
But, the Tkinter library does not provide any accessibility support.
Can you use WX library or QT6 instead of Tkinter / Do you allow to redevelop GUI using qt6 instead of Tkinter?

I unfortunately do not have the resources to port the gui. However, the configuration file can be edited manually and still have the same features.
