Add a `docs` directory to locally test the theme

### Description

For now, this theme cannot be directly tested out.

The aim of this issue is to add a `docs` directory to be able to test locally the theme.

Be careful:
- this `docs` directory must not be embedded in the package in PyPI
- this `docs` directory must be compatible with the MIT license and Orange content
