Mountain Bike (MTB) questions #13

I'm not sure I understand whether to use the Cycling or Motorcycle profiles for OsmAnd for mountain bike riding. Is there a typical suggestion?
I think I understand that the motorcycle profiles use motor vehicle routing that can block off some MTB trails, but it's surely more off-road focused than CycloRoute, right? But a lot of the bike POIs from CycloRoute seem useful: tools, water, etc.
Do people use Enduro map style, but on a cycle profile for routing? If the defaults are not ideal, should I look into building a custom render XML or route? (Or even add MTB separately to here or a new repo?)
