Add support for Conditional Sections

Conditional sections define the criteria that determine whether a section is rendered in the form, enabling dynamic, context-aware layouts that show or hide content based on the values of other fields.

Action:

• Add condition types
• Create rule objects for the JSON schema conditional logic
• Ensure multiple conditions are supported

Expectation:

• React native clients display conditionals as expected
