Expose 1:1 / batch agent interviews in the UI

Context

Interview endpoints are backend-only: /interview, /interview/batch, /interview/all, /interview/history (backend/app/api/simulation.py).

Proposed work

• Surface agent interviews in the frontend so operators can interrogate individual simulated personas.

Acceptance criteria

• User can run a 1:1 or batch interview against simulated agents
• Interview history is viewable
