- Can be calculated initially per building taking in the buildings workforce, calculating each workforce part and then weighting per workforce amount.
- then transfered over to Recipes, its static for each run and then to be added to COGM
- for total calculations, needs to account for the total runs of the recipes and their individual fees per run
