🩹 [Patch]: Bump Process-PSModule to v5 (#5)

## Description

This pull request updates the GitHub workflow and configuration files to
streamline CI/CD processes, improve dependency management, and clean up
unused or redundant files. The main changes include updating workflow
triggers, switching to a newer reusable workflow version, adding
configuration for a code coverage target, and removing linter and
nightly run workflows.

**Workflow and CI/CD updates:**

* Updated `.github/workflows/Process-PSModule.yml` to trigger on both
pull requests and a nightly schedule, and now uses version `v5` of the
reusable workflow instead of `v4`

* Removed the `.github/workflows/Nightly-Run.yml` workflow,
consolidating scheduled runs into the main workflow.

**Configuration improvements:**

* Added `.github/PSModule.yml` to configure the Process-PSModule
workflow, including a code coverage percent target of 50%.
* Updated `.github/dependabot.yml` to automatically label GitHub Actions
dependency updates with `dependencies` and `github-actions`.

**Cleanup:**

* Removed the `.github/workflows/Linter.yml` workflow and its associated
`.github/linters/.jscpd.json` configuration file, indicating a move away
from the previous linting setup
