Investigate how this notification channel https://github.com/Path-Check/background-geolocation-android/blob/master/src/main/java/com/marianhello/bgloc/sync/NotificationHelper.java#L136 is being used.

If this is not used by the covid-safe-paths project, consider removing the registration of the channel to reduce confusion to users of the PathCheck app.
