This is probably due to the mod magnitude mod not being supported. With 0.5 advanced copy became the default, which does not apply all of these quality, magnitude mods, etc. to the copy string itself.

The runes are saved by name, so technically the iron runes will work fine, even though there does seem to be a bug with warstaves being considered staves there. This is fixed in #2218.

As a workaround, you can copy the text directly from the trade site. This will include the scaling in the mod values, but might be missing some other information (like rarity)
