The soul core Jiquani's Thesis, when socketed into a helmet, grants +1 to maximum Mana per 2 Item Energy Shield on the helmet.
This helmet-specific modifier fails to apply and calculate stats accurately within Path of Building; PoB does not recognize or add the bonus maximum Mana as intended.
