[Chore] git ignore 수정

[MUKER-WON]

• mise로 버전 관리시 전역 버전을 사용하고 있지 않는다면 mise.toml 파일이 생성되어 ignore 필요
• 몇몇 ignore 추가 eg. graph.dot 삭제 후 graph.png 추가
