Chat Channel Options Incompatible with Chattynator

When chattynator is enabled the Leave/Leave On All Characters options from Chat Channel Options module is missing.

I'll hide the module from Plumber settings when Chattynator is enabled, so the users won't get confused.

It seems to be a reasonable request for Chattynator to implement its own auto-join/leave channel feature.
