Windows Cross Platform Module #21
Description
Since #7 is too "over-reaching" in terms of the work load, I'm going to split the issue into multiple smaller issues covering the necessary work to get the individual platforms to work on the engine.
Do note that for the time being, it would be wise to simply finish up the windows module and work forward until the engine reaches a "test" state that way we don't need to do all that much in order to get the other platforms done and functioning.
